Pantone LAB Value

Postby JRSutton » Thu May 31, 2018 1:22 am

We use a GMG Color Server to transform the Pantone in CMYK or in extended gamut.
We want to use the LAB value of GMG Pantone librairie instead of Press Sign pantone value.

How can we import LAB value from GMG to Press Sign ?

GMG can export the LAB value in txt or in a exel CSV.

The reason is: we have 3 applications whit 3 pantone librairie whit 3 LAB value different.

You can import CxF files into pressSIGN. since version 7.

In the current version of pressSIGN (9) you can select which Pantone library you want to use. Go to 'Preferences' and choose the measurement mode you want to use. This will be reflected in the Pantone Library you want to use.

Best regards
