On a Mac double click on the viewSIGN.dmg file to mount the disk image on the desktop. On Windows you may need a third party utility to decompress the ZIP File. A free useful one is FreeZIP FreeZIP. If you are upgrading, just install the new version. All your preferences and chart standards will be saved. New Ones are installed automatically.
