pressSIGN 11.2 update available

New features added!

X-Rite eXact 2 support

Launched in June, you can now use your new eXact 2 in pressSIGN 11.2 to measure individual patches and scan short or long strips, the latter being significantly easier than with the older generation device due to X-Rite’s new Mantis™ video targeting technology.

X-Rite i1 Pro 3 and Plus support

You can now use the X-Rite i1 Pro 3 / Plus to do spot measurements or scan short / non-repeating strips and multi-line charts in pressSIGN 11.2 for proof verification and basic “In / Out” print quality assessment.

New Pantone Colours

Pantone just announced they’ve added another 224 new colour identities and 5 new base colours to their new (v5) Solid Formula Guides, so we’ve updated pressSIGN to include them in v11.2!

Other Improvements

Using AutoMode in a pressSIGN Pro client now gets the following new features and improvements;

• Setting MakeReady or Production in the client GUI overrides the state of the incoming files.
• Choose the style of PDF report from inside the AutoMode window.
• Print a label while in AutoMode at the click of a button, with a choice of Scoring, ISO 12647-7 and the new Printed Press layout, as shown below.
